Sugal

I got used to wagering system in Super Pets! It's this application on my facebook which allows you to adopt a pet and train it, feed it, adore it, bathe it and get addicted to it. Anyway, I've been playing for long and my classmates found about the game on their friendster too. Too bad I don't have friendster :P Anyway, (that site is cliche, bitter :P) I depend on the wagering system to earn money and a lot of times before, I lost 5000 (I would have had 60000+ by now; yeah, I lost that much!) because I thought I'm going to win and earn big bucks but then, I later find out that, oops! your pet lost...Nanghihinayang tuloy ako after pero sugal pa rin. Kailangan makabawi, right? Pero minsan, iniisip ko, 'wag na lang kaya ako sumugal. Pero later, sugal pa rin. it's the only way I can earn much sa Super Pets!

We discussed this story in Filipino too. Tahanan ng chuchu...Nakalimutan ko na siya! Tahanan ng isang Sugarol ata. Wahaha! Anyhow, tungkol 'yung story sa life ng isang unlucky girl with a ******* gambling husband and 2 kids. She's pregnant and all that. Basta! Ang malas niya. Sinira ng sugal ang buhay niya. Kawawa! And there is this other story before that about a couple that gambled all their money buying stocks sa stock market. And the man died, without his dreams being fulfilled. Papel 'yung title. Naalala ko kasi naman noh, one word lang.

(I hope you don't mind that I'm using taglish. It's like what I feel kasi ee :P)

Let me get to my point, masama ba talaga ang sugal at sumugal?

I do think that gambling with money involved is a bad thing, a very bad thing. Pero 'yan ang paniniwala ko noon bago ko mapagtanto ito.

People gamble in the stock market right? And if they don't gamble, ano na lang mangyayari sa ekonomiya? Hindi tatakbo, right? So, sa tingin ko, hindi masama ang sumugal. HINDI MASAMA ANG SUGAL. Kapag naging gahaman ka lang, saka na lang ito nagiging bad. Yung as in greedy ka na like the characters I've mentioned in the stories above. They met their unfortunate tragedies because sumugal sila ng sobra-sobra. Pero, ang sugal kasi, it's part of life. If you don't gamble, wala kang mararating!

Ang buhay ay parang sugal sabi nga nila (paano ba ispell ang ikanga? Ganito ba? Bobo ako sa Filipino, shit :P). Minsan, panalo. Minsan, talo. Pero kapag natalo tayo, dapat bang sumuko?

I'm very confused. Doon sa stories na I mentioned, they never gave up but they ended up losing everything! Pero sabi ng iba, "Huwag susuko", ano ba talaga? I need clarification.

Ako, marami na kong panalo sa sugal. Sinusugal ko ang pangalan ko paminsan-minsan. Kaya ngayon, ang dumi na ng pangalan ko. Natalo sa chismis, binahiran ng masasamang pinagsasabi tungkol sa 'kin. Pero, sowkay. Mababago ko ba pangalan ko? I know I can pero hindi ako ganun ka desperate. I like my name. Felyne. 'Di ba unique :P So, ayos lang kahit natalo na ko ng sugal sa pananatiling malinis ng pangalan ko. At least, i've taken my chances. Move on bitch :)) haha!

Now, susugal ako sa kolehiyo. I've always dreamed of going to Ateneo pero sabi nila, mag-UP daw ako. AYAW! ATENEO AKO. So, sugal na naman ito. Good luck to me :D
